I believe you are bright, motivated, and have the talent to do extremely well but we all get stuck in a communication challenge, complex problem to solve, or progression in our career. This is where a coach can help identify the right tools, ideas, or recommendations to unlock the answer that might already be there.
Without coaching throughout my career, I wouldn't be where I am today. Over my 15+ years in design, I have been fortunate enough to experience some really great things, very challenging things, and a lot of learnings that enabled me to test my agility, mindset, skills, perseverance and growth.
